If your child is exiting TKS, please fill out the form found here: Student Exit Form

This online form must be completed prior to your child's departure from the school.

Begin exit procedures no later than one week ahead of your child(ren) last day in the school. Please note that when school closes for breaks, it is not possible to process the clearance as it needs to be completed on regular school days.
