Application Process

Step 1- Receiving the Application Link

Parents will be contacted by the Admissions Team for any further clarifications or additional information required for full consideration.
Once all necessary documents have been received, the Admissions team will begin reviewing the full application. We aim to complete this review in 7 -10 work days. The admissions team includes school counselors, members of the Learning Support Team, Division Principals and the Director of Admissions.

Application Documents

To support a smooth application process, we recommend preparing the following documents in advance:

Birth certificate
Passport
School reports/transcripts for the past two academic years
Immunization & Vaccination records
Any additional educational documents (e.g., Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), MAP scores, grade level placement assessments, Educational Psychology reports, etc.)
- Full disclosure and open communication are critical in ensuring admission, appropriate placement and support.
- TKS reserves the right to contact previous schools before making an admissions decision.
- TKS reserves the right to deny admission or to unenroll a student in the event that educationally significant information was withheld from the school during the admissions process.
